Hi, I'm Lloyd Guilford with Guilford Tech Solutions — a solo IT consultant with over two decades of hands-on experience working with real people and real problems.

I've worked in enterprise helpdesk environments, done field work across multiple industries, and repaired everything from standard laptops to hardware most people have never heard of. I started doing this kind of work before most of today's tech companies existed, and I've kept up with every twist and turn since.

What you get with GTS is someone who actually explains what's going on, isn't paid by any brand so the advice is always based on what fits you, and treats your time and money with respect. If something can't be fixed, I'll tell you — and I'll help you figure out what comes next.
